Her hit single "Gucci Gucci" has hit over 6.5 million views on Youtube(which was directed and posted by her)and she is growing a large fanbase fast. In this song, Kreayshawn raps on her dislike for high end designer clothing brands such as Gucci and Prada.
Kreayshawn's birth name is Natassia Gail Zolot. She was born in San Fransisco, California and grew up in Oakland. Her mother also made music in a San Fransisco based punk band named "Trashwomen."

Young Money Rapper Lil' Wayne recently featured a track on his new mixtape where he rapped over the beat from her hit single "Gucci Gucci." This mixtape of Lil' Wayne's hit the net a short time ago according to Vadtv.com. Kreayshawn said "One of the first people who called me and told me about it was my grandpa..He's like, yeah, Wayne's rapping over your beat. I think he's dissing you?" She later discovered that rather than dissing her felt that he was showing his respect to the new rising rap star. Kreayshawn also said that she was excited to have a rap star like Lil Wayne seem to notice her talents. She hopes that this will give her a chance to grow her in fanbase.

Kreayshawn has recently got a lot of slack for using the "N" word. The UrbanDaily.com recently featured an interview that was held between her and Tazz Daddy. Tazz Daddy is a disc jockey at a Philedelphia radio station. Radio host Tazz Daddy asked Kreayshawn about her use of the word, even though doesn't appear to use it herself or at all in her new single. She immediately directed the attention towards another member of her music group, "White Girl Mob", by the name of "V-Nasty." The fellow groupmate V-Nasty was recently released from jail. Also recently a video featuring V-Nasty surfaced on the Internet with her excessive use of the "N" word. Tazz Daddy also made a comment saying that Kreayshawn finds it not a crime to say the "N" word, seeing as she associates herself with V-Nasty. Kreayshawn explains that she is not V-Nasty's employer and cannot control what she does. She adds that V-Nasty simple collaborates with her cannot vouch for whatever she does. Kreayshawn is getting the heat seeing as she is the star involved, and has made V-Nasty known simply by way of her own success.

Kreayshawn also supposedly directed the first music video from Red Hot Chili Peppers new album for their first single called "The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie." Kreayshawn says that she was very surprised and flattered to receive word from representatives of the band that they wanted her to direct this new video.

According to TheDailySwarm.com Kreayshawn has already signed a record deal with Columbia records. You can expect more controversy and more off the wall white girl rap music.
